Payment

Payment must be made with a valid Visa or Master Card credit card. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time you make the reservation.

After processing the reservation, you will be mailed a confirmation letter, credit card receipt, map and directions. This information can be faxed or eMailed at your request.

Cancellation Policy

A ten-day cancellation notice is required. A $25.00 fee will be charged for canceling a reservation. If you cancel in less than 10 days from your reservation, you will be responsible for the room unless we re-rent it. In any case, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
