1. What is the nightly rate?

First night $175.00. If you book for more than one night the rate is $165.00 for each night, that is $330.00 for two nights, each additional night is $165.00. There is an extra person charge of $35.00 each for up to two additional persons.

2. How far is it to the village?

Cambria is divided into two sections East Village and West Village. By driving on Main Street from Whispering Pines you will enter East Village first, about three minutes, then West Village another two minutes.

3. How far is it to the ocean from Whispering Pines?

The shore is about 1.5 miles or 3 three minutes from Whispering Pines.

4. Are lunch and dinner included in the daily rate?

The nightly rate includes a full breakfast for two only. We do not provide lunch or dinner. See our menu for your breakfast choices. There are several very good restaurants in the village.

5. How far is it to the Hearst Castle?

Hearst Castle is about a ten minute dirve north from Whispering Pines.

6. Tell me about the restaurants in Cambria.

7. Are children accepted with their parents?

Infants with their own porta crib or similar sleeping arrangement are okay. Our insurance does not allow toddlers because of a falling hazard of many stairs on the property. Up to two children over the age of six are okay.

8. Are pets allowed?

No, sorry, no pets are allowed and there are no pets on the premises as well.

9. Do you have a wine and cheese hour?

No, we are not allowed to serve or sell wine or spirits. The only food available is breakfast served in the morning.
